Our first peek at Enchanted by Nature for The Sims 4 is here, and yeah, it’s coming next month. Maxis and EA, those sly foxes, told us today’s trailer would be a thing, but we’re gonna really dive in on June 26. Can’t help but feel like they’re trying to keep us on our toes.
So, this is the big thing since Businesses & Hobbies hit back in March. Nature vibes all the way. Fairies are back—honestly, not shocked. EA loves bringing back what we all loved in The Sims 3. Honestly, could’ve seen this coming from miles away.
But here’s the kicker. Your Sims? They can ditch indoor life and go all wild — like, literally. Foraging for food, wild baths, starlit snoozing. Nice until they catch one of those new weird illnesses. But hey, there’s the new Apothecary bit. Remedy and cure stuff — is it a skill, a career? Guess the trailer will spill soon.
All this unfolds in Innisgreen. Think Ireland if you smother it in fantasy. More Hobbiton than Cork — unless the Irish are secretly living like tree-dwelling pixies now. But yeah, there’s a neighborhood nodding to Cobh and those quirky “Deck of Cards” houses.
Enchanted by Nature drops July 10, but the Nature’s Calling event sets the mood starting June 24. Oh, and more nature skins arrive July 1. It’s all part of the summer roadmap from Maxis, outlining what’s up through August. Another update lands August 19. More ways to customize—always a good thing, right?
Anyway, stay glued for the real gameplay showdown on June 26. Can’t wait to see what more they’ve thrown into this mystical mash-up.
