You know, just when I thought the gaming buzz was dying down after that whole Summer Game Fest whirlwind, bam! Konami comes in out of nowhere with more stuff to show. Seriously. So, on Thursday, they’re running this whole new thing—Konami Press Start or something. It’s supposed to hit us with all sorts of game news. I’m talking about things like the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake. And oh, the next Silent Hill game. Yep, Silent Hill. Spooky, right?
Anyway, mark your calendars—or don’t because, you know, not everyone cares—June 12! That’s when it’s happening. 9 in the morning if you’re on the East Coast. Or 6 if you’re out West. Little early for my taste, but hey, worth it for some. And you can catch it on Konami’s YouTube. It’s not a long haul either. Just 37 minutes. Kind of precise, don’t you think? But yeah, they’ll chat about Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater—sounds dangerous—and Silent Hill f. Whatever that stands for.
And there’s more. Hopefully, by some cosmic alignment, we might get some scoop on the Gradius Origins collection. Oh, and fingers crossed for something on the next Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection. Not to mention, everyone’s waiting to hear if they’ll drop any DLC for Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2 makeover. Seems jumbled, right? But isn’t that the world of gaming? It’s like a rollercoaster with neon lights and nobody knows where it’s going next.
