Sure thing, let’s dive in.

So, guess what? Pax East just dropped a bombshell – the next Warframe update’s out there, and it’s got everyone buzzing. Finally, we’re getting a spider-themed Warframe. Yep, you read it right, a spider! Her name’s Oraxia, and she’s coming in hot with the Isleweaver update this June. But shh, they haven’t spilled the exact date yet. Waiting’s a bummer, right?
Anyway, Oraxia’s hanging out on her own little island in Duviri. That place is huge – like, really massive. It’s been around since 2023, but Isleweaver’s giving it a bit of a facelift. Picture it: a giant spider-warframe just chilling there, and now we’ve got to go snag her. Why? Currency, baby. Take her down, trade the shiny bits, and ta-da – you get the 61st Warframe and some sweet gear. Kind of wild how that works, huh?
Oh, by the way, spider Warframes have been this running joke with Digital Extremes. Devstreams always had someone poking about it, so it’s a big deal they’re actually doing it now. Warframe’s been doling out these crazy monster-themed frames – anyone remember Voruna? Total hit. A werewolf! There’s Sevagoth, like some ghost in space. And Inaros? Big mummy vibes. But honestly, Limbo still freaks me out. If you know, you get it.
Besides the awesome spider vibes, Isleweaver’s got more up its sleeve. Major Neci Rusalka is causing trouble over at Duviri. How did she even get there? Who knows. But now, players are in for a showdown. What’s cool though, is you’ll get to use your own Warframes and weapons, which is usually a no-go in Duviri’s roguelike world. Nice change, huh?
Oh, and I heard there’s some Valkyr rework happening too. She’s getting this new rage thing. Overhauls are hit or miss, but we’ll see!
Duviri’s been controversial among players. Some love it, saying it’s a neat way to nab weapons and frames without the old grind. Plus, it lets you try gear you haven’t farmed yet. But, honestly, it splits you from all the powerhouse stuff you’ve been hoarding. So, getting to use your own gear in Isleweaver? Maybe it’ll shut the complainers up. Or not. We’ll see in June.
Long story short, are you hyped for Isleweaver and Oraxia? I’m curious what everyone thinks. Sound off!
