Summary
So, Disney Dreamlight Valley’s got its summer game face on. New update, Mysteries of Skull Rock (what a name, huh?), lands June 18. Our elusive pal, Peter Pan, finally swoops into the game. But, quick detour—if you forked out for the Expansion Pass, circle July 9 on your calendar. That’s when we continue the Storybook Vale saga. And yeah, the vibes are cozy, Disney-style, as you’d expect.
Looking back, 2025 already tossed some juicy updates our way. Did you see Aladdin and Jasmine waltzing in with February’s Tales of Agrabah? Felt like magic—well, ’cause it was. April wasn’t slouching either, with Alice and that elusive Cheshire Cat popping by in Wonderland Whimsy. Can’t say they didn’t keep us entertained.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Marvel Character Wish List
Hey, Disney’s got Marvel too, right? So maybe, just maybe, we might see superheroes rubbing shoulders with Disney pals in Dreamlight Valley someday. Fingers crossed.
Oh, and speaking of Peter Pan…did folks guess it already? I mean, not to spoil the surprise or anything, but he’s setting sail for Disney Dreamlight Valley. And with him, a bunch of quests. A Developer Update video (seriously, go watch it) shows us helping Peter recruit a Lost Boys crew. Already picturing Vanellope, Mike Wazowski, WALL-E, and Donald Duck? Yeah, something like that. And, oh joy, we’re getting pirate and mermaid fashion items too, plus Max from The Little Mermaid hunting treasure. Snazzy, huh?
Disney Dreamlight Valley Reveals Plans for Big Summer Updates
Mark it down, folks: Mysteries of Skull Rock—free update drops June 18, and Storybook Vale Part 2 follows on July 9 for pass holders. Looking forward to that?
Anyway, Peter Pan’s entrance won’t exactly be the opener for Mysteries of Skull Rock. Instead, meet The Forgotten—remember them?—back for another round. The storyline lets you, like, really integrate them into your village. Name them, snag Friendship Items, unlock hangouts—all that jazz. Oh, and other companions? They’re getting some love too, with names, Friendship Levels—basically, more ways to bond.
Flash-forward to July 9, and we’re diving into Storybook Vale’s second chapter. Maleficent’s back, ready for action, and Aurora joins in, all heroic-like. Expect new Snippet colors, Puzzling Tales, and, yeah, you guessed it, rewards. The roadmap reveals even more, hinting at Inside Out, Beauty and the Beast, and Cinderella updates sprinkled throughout 2025. That’s a lot to take in, right?
