Sure thing, let’s dive into the chaos of Borderlands 4. Or at least, what I’ve heard. So, there was this special State of Play happening — yep, you heard right — and the Gearbox crew, including yours truly, was ready to spill the beans about causing chaos in Kairos and taking on the Timekeeper. Who comes up with these names anyway? Wild, right?
If you’re like me and somehow find your way to a screen on April 30 at 2pm PT or whatever that translates to in your time zone (seriously, time zones just baffle me), you can watch the whole thing go down live on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube. Why they need both, no clue.
A while back in February, I think, we dropped this Launch Date Trailer. It was a loud, flashy thing with explosions and bad guys and loot. Gotta love the loot, though. Oh! And plot twist: they bumped the game up to September 12, 2025! I mean, who doesn’t like a good surprise?
Fast forward (or maybe rewind? Not sure), join me and Anthony Nicholson — he’s the Senior Project Producer, big title, sounds important — for over twenty minutes of gameplay that’s gonna blow your socks off. We’re talking missions, wild weapons, Action Skills, and both new and familiar faces. It’s like a family reunion, but with more shooting.
While twiddling your thumbs until then, peek at the snazzy key art we just dropped. Oh, and if you haven’t wishlisted Borderlands 4 on the PlayStation Store yet, what are you even doing? Mark that calendar — April 30. Don’t ask me why I always forget important dates… just how my brain works.
Anyway — wait, where was I? Oh right, see ya there! Or not. Up to you.
