Oh man, so here’s the deal with Xbox doing their cool new thing. They’re letting some lucky folks in this Xbox Insider Program mess around with their Home screens in, like, all kinds of ways. Imagine pinning your fave game right where you want it—yeah, you can do that. And say goodbye to those system apps that just sit there hogging space. I mean, who really needs them, right?
So Xbox, on Friday, decides to tell everyone—well, not everyone, just those Alpha-level insiders on Xbox Wire—about how they can now pin up three games and ignore the rest. It’s like finally getting to organize your room without your mom telling you where everything has to go. (The room in this case, being your Home screen.)
And what’s the deal with too many tiles? Yeah, they’re fixing that too. Maybe they think less is more now. Who knows? Anyway—wait, am I rambling?
Oh right, the insiders. They have to, like, tell Xbox how this new setup works for them. Because nothing’s perfect straight out of the box, as they say. And seriously, folks have been on Xbox’s case forever, complaining about those ginormous tiles everywhere. If new tweaks can make those go poof, I’m here for it. Anyone else?
But hey, updates. They move like snails sometimes, so who knows when everyone gets the magic? Soon-ish—or later. Hard to tell in the tech world. So, we’ll hang tight, fingers crossed, waiting for that new fresh look.
Oh, and by the way, if you’re feeling adventurous and wanna be an insider playing around with all this new stuff, you can just install the Insider hub on your Xbox. Adventure awaits, folks!
